Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction to support students with diverse learning needs
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to maximize student success
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
