The ideal candidate skillset:

• Experience working with students on the Autism Spectrum

• Strong skills in teaching self-regulation and executive functioning strategies

• Experience supporting social skills development

• Ability to provide differentiated academic instruction in a center-based setting

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)

• Previous experience working in center-based ASD classrooms

• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
