The Teacher educates students and administers policies and procedures relating to all phases of education in accordance with current state and federal special education standards. In addition, the Teacher is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervisingindividualized direct care, educational group services and activities for each assigned student or group. This position defines and implements education and behavior goals as a member of the educational team. As an active member, this position provides continuous individualized tailored student care, observation, interaction, documentation, and role modeling to students while under the direct supervision of the School Supervisor. As Teacher, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
