Job Title: Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher (Resource)
Salary Range: $56,320 - $85,550 per year. Salary credit may be awarded for applicable experience.

Position Purpose:
The deaf and hard of hearing resource teacher serves students who are deaf or hard of hearing across the district. The DHH resource teacher teaches compensatory skills which will enable students to be successful while participating in the general education setting. The DHH resource teacher collaborates with other special education service providers and general education teachers within the different buildings across the district.

Reports To: Principal
Work Schedule/FLSA Status: per negotiated agreement / Exempt
2025/26 Salary Schedule:
Step 1 with a Bachelor's Degree $51,200 + 10% variance ($5,120) = $56,320
Step 1 with a Master's Degree: $57,820 + 10% variance ($5,782) = $63,602
Salary credit may be awarded for applicable experience. Step placement on the salary schedule will follow the applicable negotiated agreement.
