• Plan and deliver instruction through lesson plans, individualized support, small -group instruction, and appropriate instructional strategies for K–6 special education students.<\/span>

• Support IEP and compliance needs by maintaining student records, preparing reports, tracking progress, and collaborating on individualized education plans.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Collaborate with school teams and families including teachers, parents, administrators, specialists, social workers, and outside professionals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Provide classroom and functional support including behavior strategies, curriculum modifications, daily living skills instruction, student supervision.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Any other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/span>
