We are offering a Sign-On bonus for Special Education Teachers: Licensed Special Education Teacher – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus ($1,000 after successful completion of orientation; $2,000 after 120 days; $2,000 after 180 days) Non-Licensed Special Education Teacher – $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($500 after successful completion of orientation; $1,000 after 120 days; $1,000 after 180 days) At Latham Centers, we’re committed to setting our teachers up for success, whether you’re experienced or just beginning to explore the field of special education. Our classrooms are intentionally designed, with approximately seven students supported by one teacher and one aide, allowing for meaningful, individualized instruction. We offer flexibility that’s rare in traditional school settings, including five weeks (6 weeks your second year) of PTO you can use when it works best for you. If you’re not yet licensed, we’ll support you by covering MTEL costs and guiding you through the licensure process. As a residential campus, teachers can focus primarily on student growth within the school environment, with less day-to-day parent coordination. You’ll also have access to ongoing professional development to keep building your skills.
