We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Somerville, MA. The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring academic success and personal growth.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals.
• Deliver specialized instruction in inclusive classroom settings.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support students with cognitive, developmental, and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid Massachusetts Teaching Certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with school-aged students.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
