Duties of the Position:
Instruction of students with disabilities, including team teaching
Case management for students with disabilities, including: creating functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans, progress monitoring, collaborating with school staff and parents
Work collaboratively with all school staff to ensure appropriate programming for students with disabilities
Special Skills Required: Must be certified or eligible to be certified as a Special Education teacher by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
Degree/Special Training Required: Experience with reading interventions preferred.
Required License Number: #801/1801: Cross-categorical special education
