<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Participate in IFSP meetings, transition planning, and multidisciplinary team coordination<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Collaborate with service coordinators on transition reports and present levels for children approaching age three<\/span>

• Any other duties as assigned within scope<\/span>
