Special Education Teacher starting at $54,141.

DUTIES:

• Provide individualized and/or small group education services and resource consultation to general education teachers.
• Design and implement instruction for students in grades 8-12.
• Understand and implement behavioral modification program, if needed.
• Write and implement Individual Education Plans.
• Supervise assigned instructional assistants.
• Work cooperatively with teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Work effectively with a team of special education teachers and support staff.
• Keep principal and assigned coordinator informed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SALARY: Per GEA negotiated contract starting at $54,141.
