Collective Bargaining, Educational Evaluation, Lesson Plans, Progress Reports, Reporting Skills, Schedule Development, Special Education, Student Services, Time Management, Training/Teaching
- Plan developmentally appropriate lessons for students in the classroom
- Implement student IEP goals within the classroom setting
- Provide special education evaluations for students
- Write and monitor student IEPs
- Participate in IEP meetings for students
- Provide progress reports for students on IEPs as often as report cards
- Attend professional development and meetings as schedule by the Director of Student Services
- Ongoing parent communication
- Ongoing collaboration with other school staff
- Classroom management and basic behavior management
Compensation will be in accordance with the salary scale outlined in the Acushnet Teachers Association collective bargaining agreement.
