Job Details

We are hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher (TOSD) for a school-based program in Fairfield, NJ. This is a strong opportunity for an educator seeking a structured, mission-driven setting supporting students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The teacher will support classroom instruction, student development, and daily educational programming while working closely with classroom staff and interdisciplinary team members. What You’ll Do

Provide classroom instruction and educational support for students in a special education setting

Maintain classroom structure, documentation, and progress tracking

What We’re Looking For

New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD) certification required
Prior experience in special education, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, or a related school-based setting preferred
Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
Comfortable working with students who benefit from structured support and individualized attention
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
