Job Requirements
- Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education or related field; Oregon State Certification/license for Special Education required.
- Certifications Requirements: Valid special education teaching license/certification for Oregon.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably with behavioral concerns in a school setting.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work with a caseload of students in grades 3rd-6th, strong behavioral management skills, background check clearance, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students behavioral and academic needs.
- Manage a caseload of students in grades 3rd-6th, providing support and interventions for behavioral concerns.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, assistants, and parents to foster a positive learning environment.
- Utilize behavioral management techniques to promote student success and inclusion.
- Document student progress and communicate effectively regarding educational and behavioral goals.
