Job Requirements.
- EducationRequirements: Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field (or equivalent). Must meet state licensure/credential requirements for Special Education Teacher roles in South Carolina.
- CertificationsRequirements: Valid South Carolina Special Education teaching certification/licensure (or eligibility consistent with local requirements). Must be able to complete Connected compliance requirements for assignment start.
- ExperienceRequirements: Minimum 1 year of experience working with students with disabilities (special education experience preferred).
- OtherRequirements: Must have experience supporting IEP/IEP goals, classroom behavior management, and collaboration with school teams and families. Ability to work effectively in a school setting with daily routines and structured instruction. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and professionalism. Background check and standard school compliance requirements may apply. Standard Requirements per facility/school needs apply.
