Job Requirements.
- Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education or related field; valid Michigan teaching certification in Special Education.
- Certifications Requirements: State-specific Special Education certification/licensure.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience working with Special Education students, strong communication, and classroom management skills.
- Other Requirements: Ability to pass background checks, positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to student success.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide classroom instruction in accordance with IEP goals and curriculum standards.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student success.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
