Navra is seeking dedicated and passionate Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year in the Wheeling, IL area. We partner with school districts to place educators in roles where they can truly support and empower students with diverse learning needs.

As a Special Education Teacher, you will provide individualized instruction and structured support to help students reach their academic, behavioral, and functional goals.
Deliver specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals for K–12 students
Modify and adapt curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reporting
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with special education services
Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (required)
Strong classroom management and instructional skills
A patient, flexible, and student-centered approach
Prior school-based or special education experience preferred
Passion for supporting student growth and success
