Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Intervention — Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals.
• IEP Development — Write goals, track progress, and participate in meetings.
• Collaboration — Partner with general educators, related service providers, and families.
• Behavior Support — Implement behavior plans and create supportive learning environments.
• Documentation — Maintain compliance through timely reporting and communication.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Experience in school‑based special education preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to support diverse learners across multiple grade levels
• Comfortable working full‑time, M-F school calendar schedule
