Key Responsibilities
Student Support: Assist students with diverse learning needs individually or in small groups to reinforce academic concepts, and are willing and able to provide personal and health care needs for individuals with disabilities.
Collaboration: Partner with Special Education and General Education teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive, structured, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student independence and growth.
Supervision: Assist with student transitions and supervision during non-instructional times as needed to ensure safety.
