Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries
- Prepare detailed proposals with menu and design inspiration
- Close deals for off-premise catering and event planning
- Coordinate event details in collaboration with culinary team and event producers.
- Host client meetings, walkthroughs, and tastings
- Manage multiple events simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
