Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Special Events Bar Tender to elevate our guests' experience during exclusive events and gatherings. In this role, you will be the face of our hospitality team, delivering exceptional beverage service with flair, creativity, and professionalism. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and customer engagement will ensure every event is memorable. Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
• Develop and customize beverage recipes to match event themes or guest preferences, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are stored according to safety standards.
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and catering staff to ensure seamless service during large-scale functions like banquets or nightclub events.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in fine dining, nightlife venues, or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy events while maintaining attention to detail.
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling practices is preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality industry roles including food service or restaurant work is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
