Events & Promotions Coordinator Harrahs & Tropicana Laughlin
Starting pay is $14.00/HR
Were looking for a dynamic, organized, and guest-focused Events & Promotions Coordinator to help plan, coordinate, and execute exciting events and promotions across the property. This role blends creativity with operational precision and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
What Were Looking For
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for guest service
- Ability to plan, coordinate and execute events and promotions
- Provide assistance to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Ability to work well with other departments to ensure events and promotions are carried out successfully
- Ability to work on one or more event(s)/promotion(s) at a time
- Prioritize tasks and use time effectively
- Accurately file events and promotion collateral
- Must be able to speak in front of crowds and use microphone to emcee events and promotions
- Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
- Performs related duties as needed
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days
- Requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office"
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment
- Must be 21years of age
- This is a dual property role and will work at Tropicana & Harrahs Laughlin
- Must have or be able to obtain Nevada Gaming
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English with guests and team members
