Special Events Coordinator
Job Summary
Coordinates daily Special Events Parking efforts, processes Online requests forms, emails, and collaborates with other divisions with work orders. Acts as the main point of contact for event parking needs. Collaborates with direct supervisor(s) and other departmental leadership.
Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact to day to day event parking and transportation operations. Including online requests, emails and phone.
2. Prepare, organize, and maintain interdepartmental work orders.
3. Records, monitors, and verifies required data and information into information systems.
4. Scheduling for front line staff in support of event parking. 5. Prepares special reports when needed by either department or university administration.
6. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of Special Event staff.
7. Interdepartmental collaboration to ensure University & Commuter Services policy and Procedures are being met.
8. Other duties as assigned by manager.

Minimum Qualifications
Three years related parking enforcement experience, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); a valid Utah's Driver's License; and demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills required.
Must be able to pass a background review.
This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
