About the Role: Patriot Portable Restrooms is looking for a driven and personable Special Events Sales Representative to join our growing team in Carlsbad, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of a trusted service company, connecting with event organizers, promoters, and planners to deliver top-tier portable restroom solutions for the Southern California market. Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business by targeting special events, festivals, concerts, weddings, and outdoor gatherings
Build and maintain a pipeline of clients including event planners, venue managers, and production companies
Prepare and present customized quotes and service proposals to prospective clients
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close and account follow-up
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and service execution at events
Attend local networking events, trade shows, and community functions to expand brand presence
Track sales activity, leads, and revenue goals using CRM software
Requirements:
1-3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in events, rentals, or service industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Familiarity with the special events or outdoor event industry is a plus
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events
