Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance sales process
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Work with our lenders to obtain finance for credit challenged customers
- Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects
- Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties
- Convert cash deals to Finance
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer
- Process finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval at all times
- Process all federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments
- Complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner
- Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, and taxes before forwarding to accounting
- Provide customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- Proven automotive dealership experience as a subprime manager
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
- Complete knowledge of funding process and requisite regulatory compliance knowledge
- Superior customer and organizational skills
- Strong desk control
