Primary job functions include field observation, testing, sampling and review of including, but not limited to soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, masonry, fireproofing, and structural steel placement.Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Applicable ICC Certifications in at least one of the following categories: Soils, Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Spray-Applied Fireproofing, etc.New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) licenses preferred.Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.Must meet additional pre-employment criteria.Reliable vehicle suitable for use on construction sites.Ability to work nights and weekends, as required.Ability to lift and/or move up to 60-80 pounds (soil and concrete samples, nuclear gauges, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to interpret engineering and construction plans/specifications.Basic math and computer skills.Do you need another reason to apply?We are a proudly an employee-owned company and we believe our employees should have the best benefits!
