Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, tailored to the individual's specific needs.
Support clients in developing and maintaining life skills.
Encourage participation in recreational and community activities to enhance socialization and a sense of belonging.
Monitor health and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the supervising staff.
Assist with medication management according to established guidelines.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment that fosters independence and empowerment.

Requirements
Previous experience in caregiving, particularly with individuals with Autism and other special needs.
Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications or training in special needs care (preferred)
Previous experience working with special needs individuals is preferred.
Active California Home Care Aide. (or willing to obtain)
Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
