ARRT, MRTBE (AZ State license), BLS. Vascular Interventional is preferred. Having knowledge of Philips equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all tasks.
Operate and oversee general procedures with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and optimize routine workflows to achieve measurable performance targets.
Demonstrate accountability for individual outcomes within a high-visibility environment.
Document procedures, outcomes, and deviations for traceability and improvement.
Identify and report process inefficiencies; participate in improvement initiatives.
Utilize pipelines and data views to forecast potential outcomes and identify opportunities.
Provide timely status updates and communicate blockers to leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procedures with business goals.
Proactively pursue professional development and upskilling aligned with role evolution.
Maintain equipment and tools; perform routine maintenance and calibration as needed.
Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members within the function.
