13-week assignment, 36hrs, 08/31 start date. 06:30-19:00. Late team 1x week till 21:00 / weekday overnight call, weekend 24-hour call. ARRT and state license required. Cath Lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute specialized procedures with precision while adhering to safety protocols.

• Document procedures and results clearly for traceability and quality audits.

• Monitor real-time performance metrics and report variances to leadership.

• Maintain required equipment calibration and safety certifications.

• Identify process improvements and contribute to workflow optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on targets and pipelines.

• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet individual and team performance goals.

• Provide timely feedback and updates on progress toward milestones.

• Assist in pipeline forecasting and territory potential assessment.

• Participate in formal performance reviews and showcase merit through outcomes.

• Mentor or coach junior colleagues to support professional development.

• Adhere to contract terms and on-site working expectations with reliability.

Experience/Qualifications

• Experience executing specialized procedures with strict safety adherence.

• Maintain calibration and safety certifications for all critical equipment.

• Strong documentation skills for clear, audit-ready procedure records.

• Ability to monitor real-time metrics and quickly report variances.

• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow optimization.
