Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Three years of administrative experience are required. Additional administrative experience may substitute for the required college education on a year for year basis.

This is an administrative role supporting the Capital Improvement Program Utility Construction Division by providing oversight of administrative operations, including records management, procurement, contract administration, budget monitoring, and personnel processes. The incumbent in this position will be responsible for analyzing operational and financial data, ensures compliance with federal, state, and County regulations, and prepares reports and recommendations to support effective decision-making and program performance. Additionally, this position will be tasked with coordinating activities across multiple divisions, supervises project-based staff assignments, and maintains effective communication with employees, consultants, and executive leadership to advance departmental goals and capital program initiatives.
