Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree. Three years of professional administrative, technical, or related experience in transportation, public works, utilities, engineering, construction, inspections, or a closely related field, including experience with plan review, utility coordination, project coordination, or related activities. Additional qualifying administrative, technical, or field experience, including utility, transportation, construction, inspections, or infrastructure inspections, may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a background in utility and railroad coordination, transportation, public works, engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects. This position plays an important role in supporting complex projects by reviewing engineering and utility plans, identifying and tracking utility and railroad conflicts, coordinating relocations and adjustments, monitoring project schedules, and supporting field and construction activities.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and critical deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as the position works closely with utility agencies, railroad entities, engineers, consultants, contractors, and governmental agencies. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage assignments and follow issues through to successful resolution.
