Responsibilities
Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple cross-functional projects
Track project deadlines and proactively flag risks to stakeholders
Schedule and help facilitate project meetings, including agendas and follow-up notes
Maintain project trackers, shared calendars, and status reports
Serve as a reliable point of contact for project updates and questions
Assist project leads and department heads with day-to-day administrative needs
Prepare summaries, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing use
Monitor action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion
Help identify process improvements to keep projects running smoothly
Support ad hoc special projects and initiatives as they arise
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project trackers
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
Dependable, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
