TheSeniorProjectManager /Coordinator –PatientSafety &Qualityprovidesenterpriseleadershipforgovernance,safetydatastewardship,structuredanalytics,andreportinginfrastructuresupportingEmoryHealthcare’sSafetyManagementSystem (SMS). ThisrolesupportstheOneEmoryZeroHarmstrategyandparticipationinthePatientSafetyOrganization (PSO)byservingastheenterprisestewardoftheeventreportingplatform.Thepositionensuresstandardizedsystemconfiguration,workflowintegrity,analyticrigor,anddataaccuracyacrossallOperatingUnits. ThroughcollaborationwithEnterpriseQualityData &Analytics,Digital/IT,andPatientSafetyandRiskleadership,thisroleenhancesvisibilityintosafetytrends,strengthensgovernanceoversight,andsupportstheSafetyPromotion,LearningSystems,andSafetyAssurancedomainsoftheSMS.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’sdegreeinHealthcareAdministration,Nursing,PublicHealth,Informatics,InformationSystems,orarelatedfieldrequired.
Experience
+ Minimumoffive (5)yearsofprogressiveexperiencein: + Healthcaretechnologyimplementation + Safetysystems + Enterpriseapplicationmanagement + Qualityanalytics + Experiencesupportinggovernancestructuresandexecutive-levelreportingrequired.
