Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
Develop and maintain short-term schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate daily activities with clients, facility managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Manage quality control and ensure work meets contract documents and design intent.
Conduct daily site walks and maintain project documentation.
Identify and resolve field conflicts and constructability issues.
Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics.
Lead subcontractor meetings and project coordination meetings.
Track project progress and communicate updates to the SPG Project Manager.
Complete punch lists and closeout documentation

1-5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
Experience with renovations, tenant interiors, and occupied-space construction.
Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
