Day Air Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Special Services Representative I to join our Special Services team.

This role is responsible for managing and resolving delinquent consumer loan and credit card accounts, as well as supporting the recovery of loan losses through the timely processing of insurance claims, including those related to death, disability, and collateral protection. The position requires a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive financial information, along with strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex situations with accuracy and discretion.
