Elite Commercial Cleaning Team | Specialty Services Division
Pay: $19.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
This is not a standard janitorial position.
We are hiring for our Special Services Division, an elite field team responsible for specialty cleaning, project work, floor care, deep cleaning, operational support, and high‑priority facility needs.
This role is for individuals who take pride in quality work, can operate with a high level of independence, and are comfortable working in dynamic environments where expectations are high and standards matter.

Job Responsibilities
Special Services Work
- Floor care (strip & wax, scrub & recoat, burnishing)
- Carpet extraction and deep carpet cleaning
- High dusting and detailed cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Post‑construction cleanup
- Deep restroom restoration
- Pressure washing (where applicable)
- Setup, operation, and basic maintenance of cleaning equipment
Operational Support
- Provide coverage and support during staffing shortages
- Perform high‑level cleaning with minimal supervision
- Conduct basic inspections and identify quality issues
- Help maintain customer satisfaction and service standards
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial, custodial, floor care, or specialty cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation preferred
