    MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Special Warfare - Operations Integrator to join our team in Spring Lake, NC.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective student management, and driving continuous improvement supporting USAJFKSWCS.

    • Manage course schedules based on training data for current and future training events. Manage the short-range training activities/events for the Command and lead weekly training and synchronization meetings.

    • Responsible for administering student management processes of the Command. Process course start, stop rosters, schools' requests, CAP, TRAP, and non-conduct memorandums. Submit the attrition document (Relief Memorandum) to obtain Battalion Commander approval of the recommended action and forward to higher headquarters.

    • Compile, edit, and submit monthly Situation Reports (SITREPs) for Command Awareness and weekly synchronization/closeout notes to keep Command informed on current operations.

    • Compile statistical data pertaining to education/training execution, to include:

    • Training capacity data

    • Student input

    • Students graduated

    • Training load

    • Attrition rates

    • Student shortfalls

    • Overfills

    • Manage requests for support requirements for training courses and taskings from higher headquarters. Coordinate and facilitate requirements with subordinate Companies. Coordinate support, as required, for all training events.

    • Submit Start, Completion, and Graduation Rosters IAW established/standardized, institutional policies, directives, and documents.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 5 or more years of experience within the Special Operations or interagency communities with specific responsibilities within one of these primary areas:

    • Operations

    • Command & Staff

    • Training

    • Applicable educational experience will be considered as acceptable tradeoffs for lack of SOF or interagency experience.

    • Must be proficient with MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, E-SAT, and memorandum formats.

    • High School Diploma and 8 years of relevant experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Two years' experience working Operations at Company level or higher

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
    • Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication verbally and via email, phone, and virtual communication platforms to interface with co-workers and customers.
    • Must be able to occasionally move about inside an office environment to access file cabinets, office machinery, and communicate with co-workers.
