Job Description

Specialist 2 plays a key role in providing specialized expertise and support in multiple areas within the Nutrition Services department. This position requires in-depth knowledge, technical skills, and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems. The Specialist 2 collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives and processes, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

EDUCATION

Bachelor''s degree preferred additional certifications or relevant training is a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role or field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Provide subject matter expertise and support in multiple areas of Customer Service, offering guidance and recommendations to team members and stakeholders in the Nutrition Services Department

*

Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and evaluation of data, trends, and industry best practices to support decision-making processes.

*

Support the implementation of strategies, programs, and initiatives to address specific organizational needs

and objectives

*

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training solutions in the various assigned area

*

Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards

*

Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

*

Participate in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the success of initiatives.

*

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate the implementation of changes.

*

Assist in the management and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

*

Provide expertise in using relevant software applications, tools, and systems to optimize data analysis, reporting, and tracking.

*

Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

*

Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in the assigned area of expertise

*

Act as a resource person and provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.

*

Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and collaboration

*

Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the assigned area of specialization.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
