Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting the Printing Services Coordinator in the overall operations of the Customer Service program. The position acts as the Printing Services Coordinator in their absence. The position assist working with customers to develop and produce consistent high quality finished products, providing exceptional customer service with prompt and accurate responses to printing requests. They influence decision makers at the College with their high level of specialization in printing industry capabilities. Assist in supporting Customer Service team activities by provide standard guidance, helping train staff, and addressing routine issues in accordance with established procedures and direction.
