Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation
- Experience with account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Oracle EBS preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Effective communication skills across various levels of personnel
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Auditing financial statements experience
- Public company accounting background
- CPA, MBA, or CMA certifications
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or
- Graduate Degree with at least 2 years of related experience, or
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
Other Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship Only (no dual citizenship)
- Availability for onsite 9/80 schedule
- Ability to support audits and SOX compliance initiatives
