The Opportunity
As theSpecialist, AI Training & Development, you willsupport theorchestrattionand scaling ofenterprise-wide upskilling and training programs across Omnicom’s global agencies and connected capabilities. You will quicklyestablishyourself as a primary expert on Omnicom's proprietary tool suite, partner platforms, and advanced generative features. Your mission is tosupport our AI Transformation team inacceleratedadvanced AI tool adoption, ensuring that our experts are equipped to transform traditional workflows and continuously adapt to the rapid evolution of agentic and model capabilities.
What You'll Do:
Pace training against coreKPIs, including employee reach, session delivery, agentic usage rates, and broad-scale platform adoption across all network businesses.
Organize and structure AI trainingsessionsto provide comprehensive training support for client and capability teams
Coordinate across enablement functionsworking with cross functional teams to deliver differentiated training solutions
Systematically collect training feedbackand operational user pain points, funneling these insights back totransformation leadersto inform roadmap planning, upgrades, and feature releases.
Synchronize connected AI narrativesand specific, role-based use cases in tight coordination with Omni product training teams.
Build and distribute interactive training materialsthat provide hands-on, simulated experiences tailored to users of all technical skill levels.
Continuously iterate training curriculato reflect live changes in internal tooling, external model partnerships, and emergent agentic technology.
Present clearly and conciselytoteammates across different business functions, aligning relevant messaging across capabilities and teams.
Cultivate an internal community of practicewhere specialized super-users can share success tactics and workflow shortcuts to accelerate peer-to-peer training.
Who You Are:
2+ years of experiencein instructional design,AI proficiency,technical talent enablement, learning & development, or senior agency operations within media, marketing, or ad tech networks.
2+ years of practical, hands-on experiencearchitecting workflows using generative and agentic AI tools (including prompting structures, custom GPTs, and automated workflows).
Deep instructional curiosity and a strong passionfor translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging, and action-oriented curricula.
Excellent presentation and visual communication skills, with a track record of designing interactive learning modules, video assets, and digital training collateral.
Strong organization and high attention to detailwith an ability to manage large,complextraining rollout plans
$75,000 - $85,000 USD
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
