About the team: The Building Controls team supports field technicians in troubleshooting and optimizing energy management systems. This team collaborates to enhance building performance by applying expertise in HVAC, building controls, and management systems. Members contribute to programming projects, implement solutions, and ensure system effectiveness while prioritizing safety and cost efficiency. The team values clear communication, continuous improvement, and adherence to company standards. What you'll do:

• Collaborate with teams to assess building performance and controls, aligning work with customer needs and business priorities.
• Conduct diagnostics and implement programming solutions to optimize building controls systems, ensuring safety and cost efficiency.
• Execute special programming projects, including daylight harvesting and sustainability initiatives, to support energy reduction goals.
• Monitor trends, alarms, and recalls, adapting controls strategies to maintain system effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance and feedback to colleagues, fostering continuous improvement and adaptation to change.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver effective business solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting integrity and ethical standards in all activities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
