We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Data Insights to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Reviewing client, operational, and service data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

• Supporting the development and automation of dashboards, reporting, and analytics capabilities that improve decision making and client outcomes.

• Partnering across Client Service, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business needs into reporting and analytical solutions.

• Assisting with client health, service analytics, CRM reporting, benchmarking, and feedback analysis initiatives.

• Building presentations and insight materials that communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, finance, technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics, visualization, CRM, or reporting platforms is a plus.

• Interest in client experience, service analytics, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.
