Specialist, Client Operations

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations, to join our Archer Ops team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Work with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources
• Support clients with operational and technical questions or issues and ensure requests are executed
• Use problem-solving and communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base
• Monitor client inquiries, escalate complex issues, and track client needs to support business development efforts
• Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
• General understanding of BNY Mellon products, services, and broader offerings is helpful
