We''re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Client Operations Representative to join our Client Operations & Reporting team. This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania

In this role, you''ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide comprehensive client service by managing complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring resolutions are timely and in line with client expectations.
  • Coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes, demonstrating expertise in client operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions and processes.

To be successful in this role, we''re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
