- Coordinate and oversee operational processes related to client transactions and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational processes, demonstrating expertise in client operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions and processes.
To be successful in this role, we''re seeking the following:
- Bachelor''s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage and resolve client issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
