About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (Occupational Health) to join our Health & Wellbeing Service as an Occupational Health Business Partner.
This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy, shape service delivery and use your occupational health expertise to improve workforce health and wellbeing outcomes.
Working in partnership with senior leaders, managers and external clients, you will provide expert occupational health advice that supports workforce wellbeing, attendance and organisational performance.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative, evidence-based occupational health services, helping organisations create healthy, inclusive and resilient workplaces where people can thrive.
As a SEQOHS-accredited service, we are proud of the high standards we deliver and the positive impact we have on the working lives of those we support. As our Occupational Health Business Partner, you will be instrumental in driving service excellence, influencing strategic direction and ensuring employees are supported to remain healthy, safe and productive at work.

You will also help shape and develop policies, influence practice, and identify emerging workforce health risks, supporting a proactive and preventative approach to workplace wellbeing.
You will have a Job Plan providing you with protected time to dedicate to business partnership tasks, allowing you to organise and prioritise your workload effectively.

We're looking for a confident and experienced Occupational Health professional who can combine clinical expertise with strategic influence.
