Job Description

Acts as a liaison between property Finance leaders and Corporate Finance as it relates to non-gaming compliance matters for the Atlantic City region. Responsible for conducting internal investigations as appropriate in collaboration with Surveillance, Security, Internal Audit and Corporate Fraud and Control departments.

$21.00-$23.00 per hour

Thorough understanding of company policy and procedures for all non-gaming locations

  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of food and beverage knowledge and info genesis system
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of three years in Hospitality industry preferred. NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED

Reviews all available non-gaming outlet system reports to identify process breakdowns and other irregularities.

  • Conducts periodic audits of non-gaming outlet cash impressments and variance policies.
  • Ensures all cash handling personnel in non-gaming areas are properly established in the POS system.
  • Ensures coupon settlement codes necessary for each property are requested to the Comp Authorizers and set-up and tested upon receipt.
  • Makes recommendations for improving the effectiveness of policies and practices through operational analysis and critique.
  • Keeps abreast of current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicates pertinent information to subordinates and superiors.
  • Assists with other corporate investigation functions as assigned.
  • Leads assigned projects upon request.
  • Have astute programming abilities with attention to detail and organization, excel experience in spreadsheets and cataloging preferred.

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
