Change Requests/Orders, Contract Management, Legal, Non-Disclosures, Purchasing/Procurement, Statement of Work (SOW)
The role is for a Specialist Contracts based in Edison, NJ, requiring onsite presence at least 3 days a week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing Statements of Work, Work Orders, Change Orders, and amendments to SOWs.
- Ensuring contracts are free of unintended legal terms and align with Master Service Agreements.
- Serving as a gatekeeper for internal approvals.
- Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements and amendments to master agreements.
Qualifications include:
- At least 4 years of experience reviewing SOWs, CRs, and WOs within a technology service provider or vendor environment.
- Experience in a technology procurement team as a customer is also acceptable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
