Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns and marketing materials that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. With a focus on graphic design and photography, the position works directly with sales and customers to enhance digital marketing strategies through websites, social media, and print. This role requires a creative individual with food service knowledge, and digital marketing channels. Possible travel maybe required within the OPCO distribution.

Position Responsibilities:

• Content Creation - Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Management - Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms, e.g. Instagram, Facebook, and internal platforms.
• Digital Strategy Development - Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic for internal and external businesses.
• Photography - Capture high-quality images and video that showcase offerings, and customer experiences. Create visual content for various marketing channels.
• Web Design - Collaborate with clients on basic web design and layout improvements.
• Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams e.g., sales, customers, and internal marketing to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
• Training & Development - Work as a subject matter expert to train restaurants and foodservice establishments on digital marketing skills and trends. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to restaurants, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
• Stay Updated - Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
