Job Summary:


The Part-Time Events Coordinator provides essential support in the execution of pre-planned luxury events and activities at Beaver Creek Resort. This entry-level role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing event setup and breakdown, and ensuring smooth operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the resort’s premium standards.


Job Specifications:


+ Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $28.65/hr

+ Employment Type: Summer Seasonal 2026

+ Shift Type: Part Time hours available

+ Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

+ Housing Availability: No


Job Responsibilities:


+ Event Logistics Coordination:

+ Assist with event setup and teardown, including décor, equipment, and signage.

+ Confirm vendor deliveries and ensure all materials are in place according to event plans.

+ Coordinate schedules for entertainers, vendors, and village operations staff as directed by the Event Director and Event Managers.

+ On-Site Support:

+ Serve as a point of contact during events for internal and contracted staff and vendors.

+ Monitor event flow and promptly address operational issues.

+ Provide assistance to guests with directions and event-related inquiries.

+ Administrative Support:

+ Maintain event checklists and timelines provided by the Event Director and Event Managers.

+ Track inventory of event supplies and report replenishment needs.

+ Assist with post-event documentation and feedback collection.

+ Compliance & Safety:

+ Ensure event areas as well as storage areas meet safety and cleanliness standards.

+ Follow resort policies and procedures during event operations.


Job Requriemnets:


+ High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in hospitality or event management is a plus.

+ Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event support preferred but not required.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

+ Professional demeanor and ability to represent a luxury brand.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

+ Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.


The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $28.65/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
