As an Executive Assistant within Advisor Services, you'll play a key part in helping Managing Directors stay focused on what matters most. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle expenses with confidence and attention to detail-freeing leaders to focus on strategic priorities. You'll also bring meetings to life by preparing decks, agendas, and followup materials, while proactively tracking action items and ensuring important deliverables are completed. Along the way, you'll build strong relationships and partner closely with teams such as Human Resources, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, gaining exposure to the broader organization and contributing to work that makes a real impact.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience in supporting senior executives or equivalent
  • A service- and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional administrative and project planning abilities.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and discretion, as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in prioritizing tasks; to work efficiently; and meet deadlines within a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • A bias for action, highly organized, and ability to successfully execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills-- written and verbal, face to face, telephonic and electronic.
  • Proven ability to interact with internal and external individuals at all levels, including senior executives, colleagues, clients, and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and the ability to learn innovative technologies rapidly.
  • Cross-functional and cross-company project management and relationship building skills.
  • Process orientation -- thinks systemically, "connects the dots" and anticipates challenges or needs.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
